NTT DATA Payment Services offers you one of the fastest settlements and follows T+0 cycle when it comes to the amount to be credited in the bank account, where T refers to the day of transaction.

Payments are processed on T+0 and T+n basis, where T refers to the day of transaction and fund credit will be done once in a day. You can either choose from same day settlement or customized settlement, as per your convenience.

Refund & Chargeback

Once you initiate the refund, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email ID. Merchants can also log in to their Merchant admin console to check the status of their refund from https://pgreports.atomtech.in/PaynetzWebMerchant/f_Login.action

Refunds generally take 24-48 hrs to be processed. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect the amount in your bank account (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).

Merchant"s name will appear on the statement of a customer"s credit card from where the transaction has originated.

When the merchant requests to initiate a refund, NTT DATA Payment Services will process through respective payment schemes-Visa, MasterCard, RuPay etc.

If you are facing issues with your POS card swipe machine, then:

Refunds are generally processed by bank after 24-48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Bill payments are updated within 2 days on the merchant"s website. Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours. For any further assistance, you can connect with our live chat agent through our chatbot on our website.

Typically, network failures lead to such situations. Contact the merchant and provide your merchant transaction ID and NTT DATA Payment Services transaction ID (available on Dashboard and your transaction email).   • Confirm whether the payment processed was successful by checking your transaction confirmation emailer.
  • In case of successful transactions, please contact the customer support team of the merchant and provide your merchant transaction ID along with NTT DATA Payment Services transaction ID (available on your transaction email).
  • In case of unsuccessful transactions, the amount will be auto refunded within 48 hrs. Kindly check your buyer dashboard to see the status of your refund.

It could be possible that your card is disabled for online e-commerce transactions. Simply, contact your bank and request to activate online transactions on your debit card.

The Debit card which shows "transaction failed" status in following circumstances: -

  • Online service not enabled on Card
  • Insufficient Bank Balance,
  • Limit Reached,
  • Authentication Not Available (cases where VDS is not reachable)
  • Card blocked by inputting wrong password, multiple times.
  • Expiry of card,
  • Entering Wrong Number
  • Entering wrong or no OTP for validation

The Debit card shows "Auth Error" status under following circumstances: -

  • Invalid Brand
  • Invalid Card Number
  • Invalid Expiration Date
  • Invalid Card Verification Code
  • External message system error
  • Invalid Card Name (If there is validation at bank"s end)

The Debit card shows "NOT+CAPTURED" status under the following circumstances: -

  • Expired Card
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Transaction Not Permitted to Cardholder
  • Exceeds Withdrawal Amount Limit
  • Restricted Card
  • Bad Track Data
  • Declined by Issuing Bank
  • Blocked by Issuer
  • Suspected fraud, decline / Transactions declined based on Risk Score

If you have not received a mail confirmation and the payment has failed, the amount will be auto refunded to you within 7 to 10 days from the transaction date. If you do not receive the refund in 7 to 10 days, please provide the below details by raising a request and our executive will get back to you at the earliest:

  • E-mail address
  • Amount and date of debit
  • Screenshot of the debit, in case it was a net banking or wallet transaction
  • UPI reference number if it was a UPI transaction
  • Last 4 digits of the card used, in case this was a card transaction
  • Bank reference or NTT DATA Payment Services Transaction ID

If the funds have been debited from your account and you have not received a ticket confirmation, it is considered as an unsuccessful payment, and you will receive the amount in your account within 7-10 working days from the date of transaction. If you do not receive a credit in your account even after 10 working days, kindly create a ticket and provide us with the following details:

  • BUS transaction ID
  • A copy of bank statement from the date of debit, till date.
  • UPI Reference number (if the transaction is via UPI)
